Description
The Rain Bird Uni-Spray US-415 (ref. 14420) is a 4″ pop-up diffuser body designed for residential and garden areas that require uniform, silent and low-maintenance irrigation. This version is delivered with 15ft VAN nozzle (variable arc), making it versatile for flowerbeds and lawns of regular or irregular shapes, with quick adjustments of the irrigation sector according to the actual geometry of the area. Hydraulic connection ½" female thread.
The Uni-Spray series stands out for its pressure activated wiper gasket, which minimizes “flow-by”, prevents unnecessary water losses and helps prevent dirt from entering when the stem retracts. The shank ratchet allows easy alignment of the nozzle, and the “top-serviceable" makes it possible to remove internal components from the top for quick service. The exposed lid is reduced for discreet integration into the landscape, and the robust body offers durability against pressure spikes.
The US-415 operates in a typical range of 15–70 psi (optimal around 30 psi) and, with the VAN nozzle, supports a adjustable arc from 0° to 360°. Additionally, the Uni-Spray family accepts all Rain Bird nozzles (MPR, VAN, U-Series, HE-VAN...), which simplifies stock and makes it easier to adapt flow rates and precipitation to your installation. For optimal performance, install filtration according to the quality of the water, respect the recommended pressures and verify adequate overlaps between emitters to avoid dry areas or puddles.
- 4″ popup with VAN 15 ft nozzle included (0–360° arc).
- Wiper gasket Pressure activated: less losses and less entry of particles.
- Superior service and quick alignment of the ratcheting pattern of the shank.
- Broad Compatibility with Rain Bird nozzles to adjust range/flow.
Detailed tables of reaches, flows and precipitation will be provided as attached document so you can select the optimal combination according to the available pressure and the needs of the sector.
