Sales conditions

What is the cost of transportation?

The transportation cost is included for orders over 100 € (only for orders within the peninsula, excluding Portugal)(1) 

(1) The shipping rates for areas outside the peninsula are as follows:

• Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, and the rest of the world (shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be subject to the rates set by the shipping agency according to the destination).

When there is a "Free Shipping" offer, it is only valid for orders within the peninsula, excluding Portugal, and only valid for the "Paquetería de Correos" agency. Alternative agencies will also be offered, but with a small surcharge due to their urgent nature.

What is the delivery time?
Under normal conditions, the delivery time will be 5 to 6 working days. In any case, and for greater certainty, we ask you to contact us to confirm the delivery time for each item. During the month of August, delivery times may be extended up to double due to circumstances beyond our control.

Product availability 
Due to the high turnover of stock, piscinasyproductos.com cannot guarantee permanent stock of all the products offered. If the requested material is not available in our warehouses, the customer will be notified.

Do you ship products abroad?
