AstralPool LEADER pH – Peristaltic dosing pump with Wi-Fi connectivity.
The LEADER pH Wi-Fi from AstralPool is a digital peristaltic pump with an integrated instrument for automatic pH control in swimming pools. It allows the setpoint to be adjusted between pH 6.0 and 8.0 using a clear and precise interface, with single-point calibration (pH 7.0) and continuous display of the actual value. Its proportional control automatically regulates the ON/OFF dosing cycles to maintain the pH value within the desired range, preventing overcorrection and reducing reagent consumption.
The LEADER pH Wi-Fi electronics include temporary alarms for overdosing or lack of product, a dosing indicator light, and probe status monitoring. Its construction in reinforced polypropylene and polycarbonate offers high mechanical and chemical resistance, with IP65 protection against splashes and dust. It is designed to dose sulfuric acid and operates at 230 Vac / 50 Hz, with an integrated on/off switch.
A reliable, compact and quiet unit, ideal for automatic water treatment systems in residential or public swimming pools where precise and continuous pH control is required. Made in Italy with CE certification.
Installation / usage recommendations
- Install the pump vertically, in a location protected from direct rain and splashes.
- Install the pH probe in the return line, after the filter and any heating system.
- Avoid elbows or valves immediately before or after the measuring cell.
- Before starting, prime the peristaltic tube with reagent until the circuit is full.
- Periodically check the condition of the Santoprene tube and replace it when it shows wear or becomes rigid.
- Calibrate the probe with pH 7.0 buffer solution at the beginning of each season.
- During winter, in the event of a prolonged shutdown, rinse the circuit with clean water and store it in a dry place.
- Use only compatible reagents (diluted sulfuric acid recommended).
