AstralPool LEADER pH – Peristaltic dosing pump with Wi-Fi connection.
The LEADER pH Wi-Fi of AstralPool It is a digital peristaltic pump with an integrated instrument for automatic pH control in swimming pools. Allows you to adjust the setpoint between pH 6.0 and 8.0 through a clear and precise interface, with single point calibration (pH 7.0) and continuous display of the actual value. Your proportional control regulates dosing cycles ON/OFF automatically to maintain the pH value within the desired range, avoiding overcorrections and reducing reagent consumption.
The LEADER pH Wi-Fi electronics include temporary alarms due to overdose or lack of product, dosage indicator light and check of the probe status. Its construction in reinforced polypropylene and polycarbonate offers high mechanical and chemical resistance, with IP65 protection against splashes and dust. It is ready to dose sulfuric acid and feeds 230Vac / 50Hz, integrating on/off switch.
A reliable, compact and silent device, ideal for automatic residential or public pool water treatment systems, where precise and continuous pH control is required. Made in Italy with certification CE.
Installation/Use Recommendations
- Install the pump in a vertical position, in a place protected from direct rain and splashes.
- Assemble the pH probe in the return line, after the filter and any heating system.
- Avoid elbows or valves immediately before or after the measuring cell.
- Before starting, prime the peristaltic tube with reagent until the circuit is filled.
- Periodically check the status of the Santoprene tube and replace it when it shows wear or rigidity.
- Calibrate the probe with buffer solution pH 7.0 every start of the season.
- During winter, in case of prolonged shutdown, rinse the circuit with clean water and store in a dry place.
- Use only compatible reagents (diluted sulfuric acid recommended).
