Cepex PVC butterfly valve Ø 63 - 75 standard EPDM series

The new Cepex Standard Series EPDM butterfly valve Ø 63–75 was developed in response to the need for innovation and to improve valves already available on the market.

It is a compact valve made of PVC-U, offering high mechanical resistance to temperatures and chemicals.

The butterfly valve offers several advantages, thereby improving the valve's quality.

Advantages.

1. Thanks to the integral gate seal, which provides maximum tightness, the body is completely isolated from the fluid, while also acting as a flange gasket on both sides of the valve.
2. Installation is carried out using flanges, facilitating the removal and replacement of parts.
3. For greater shaft isolation from the fluid, the butterfly valve has a double O-ring seal on the shaft.
4. To prevent all types of corrosion problems, only the plastic parts will come into contact with the fluid.
5. They feature an anti-friction gate seal and a long, ergonomic, high-strength handle, resulting in low operating torque.
6. To secure the selected position, the handle has a trigger and a toothed selector assembly allowing seven different positions to be selected.
7. It features a highly wear-resistant gate, giving the butterfly valve a very long service life and enabling it to withstand abrasive elements such as sand.
8. The butterfly valve is lightweight, reducing the effort required for easy handling and facilitating installation and maintenance.
