Espa Tiper 90 1CV - 230V single-phase pump

The Tiper 1 90 1 HP - 230 V single-phase Pump is a single-cell pump designed for water recirculation in hydromassage and spa systems.

The Tiper 1 90 1 HP - 230 V single-phase Pump designed with a compact and robust design.

It has a special total emptying device, thus avoiding the retention of residual liquid in each cycle, this device is called total drainage.

The Tiper Pump incorporates a thermal protector and total insulation greater than 3750 V.

Features

The Espa Tiper Pump is manufactured with the following materials:

• The suction and discharge body, open impeller and motor-pump support are made of technopolymer.
• The motor shaft is made of 100% AISI 420 stainless steel.
• The motor casing is made of aluminum.
• The mechanical seal of the tiper 1 pump is made of graphite and soapstone.
• The mechanical seal of the tiper 2 pump is made of graphite and aluminum oxide.
  
  

The motor of the Espa Tiper Pump is made with the following materials:

• It has IP 55 protection and exterior ventilation.
• 1 x 230V single-phase motor includes thermoammeter protector and its corresponding capacitor.
• Electrophoresis painting thus ensuring great corrosion resistance to the engine.
  
  

The Espa Tiper Pump has a type of connection:

• With suction and discharge fittings.
• 50 mm internal suction fitting to be glued.
• Exterior 58 mm for tube with clamps.
• Discharge fitting:

• Tiper 1: 2 32 mm inner mouths for gluing and 40 mm outer mouths for tubes with clamps.
