What it is used for
The collector head is located at the bottom of the filter and connects the collector arms to the central pipe. It collects the water filtered through the arms and returns it to the pool.
Important: To replace the head, you must empty the filter and remove all the filter media. Take the opportunity to inspect the collector arms: if any are broken, sand will end up in the pool.
