The AstralPool 72332 electrode is the original replacement for chlorinators in the E-Next / E-Next pH series and equivalent Advance and ZenQua Next 40 equipment. Replacing the worn cell restores the system’s stable chlorine production and reduces scale formation thanks to polarity-reversal self-cleaning. It is a “plug & play” replacement part that requires no modifications or special tools beyond those normally used to loosen the connections; the cell housing is not included.

Recommendations: follow the salinity specified by the manufacturer, check the installation direction, and take the opportunity to clean the vessel, inspect the seals, and bleed the air before starting the system. In pools where reduced production, depleted-cell warnings, or an increasing need for chemical adjustments are observed despite a correct pH, replacing the cell is the most effective way to restore the chlorinator to its nominal operating level.
