Santoprene tubes are the most important element of a peristaltic dosing pump; they must be in perfect condition for it to inject the product correctly.
These tubes can deteriorate over time and intensive use, losing elasticity and hardening, in some cases even showing cracks through which they allow the liquid to be dosed to escape.
Santoprene is a high-performance vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer (TPV) with very high flexibility, which makes it ideal for supporting work with doser drive rollers.
Another very important feature of this tube is its great resistance to the chemicals normally used in swimming pools.
