PVC industrial series butterfly valve Ø 250 - 280 with FPM stainless steel shaft with Cepex reducer

The new series of Industrial PVC butterfly valve of Ø 250 - 280 with FPM stainless steel shaft with manual reducer was born from the needs of innovation and improvement of the existing valves on the market.

It is a compact valve constructed of polymers with high mechanical and environmental resistance, consisting of a gate gasket made of food grade EPDM and a shaft made of stainless steel.

Characteristics.

• Designed in thermoplastic material for the most severe conditions, thus avoiding any corrosion problem.
• Completely resistant to impact and UV radiation, thus allowing the valve to be used in the most demanding conditions.
• The valve is completely light, thus reducing the effort required for handling, thus facilitating installation and maintenance.
• PN 10 (150 psi) for all measurements.
• Formed in PP - H + FV body offering increased mechanical and environmental resistance.
• One-piece body ensuring long life without leak problems.
• It has holes for flanges compatible with various materials to adapt to the most demanding applications (PVC - U / PVC - C / PP-H / PVDF / ABS).
• It has high resistance to wear.

Advantages

• It has an ergonomic handle, both the handle and the dividing plate are made of thermoplastic material that offers excellent corrosion resistance. The lever has seven different positions at every 15º, acting as a position indicator. It also incorporates a safety device, thus avoiding unwanted maneuvers.
• Manual reducer available for simple operation, in addition to offering precise control over the flow for accurate flow modulation.
