The bodies of SCP Superpool Wound filters are made of blue, corrosion-resistant fiberglass with UV stabilization. It is constructed using fiberglass winding with polyester resin, giving it great strength and allowing it to operate at pressures of up to 2.5 bar. Its threaded transparent lid allows the inside of the filter to be monitored easily at all times. The filter body is supported on a rotating base made of injected thermoplastic material, providing great stability and making installation significantly easier. The filter is supplied with a 6-way selector valve with its corresponding 1½" connections, a high-quality glycerin pressure gauge, and an air relief valve.
