The closing O-ring is responsible for preventing water loss in the cell housing of a salt chlorinator. Its deterioration can cause water loss that will possibly damage the electrical connection terminals of the electrode. It must provide a perfect closure, in order to guarantee the perfect functioning of the equipment. Periodically check the good condition of the gasket and replace it at the slightest sign of deterioration. AstralPool has an article compatible with this under the reference 4408040510. |
