Zodiac Dual Link – Automatic pH and ORP regulation module (Ref. WW000177)
The Zodiac Dual Link is an external regulation module designed to automatically manage the pH and the Redox potential (ORP) of the pool water, working in combination with the connected salt chlorinators of the range eXO® iQ / eXO® iQ LS / Hydroxinator® iQ. The equipment continuously measures the pH value and the level of disinfectant (through ORP) and adjusts the dosage of acid product and chlorine production, maintaining the water at the recommended set point and improving the effectiveness of the treatment.
Thanks to POD Kit supplied, the installation of the probes in the return pipe is quick and precise, with a vertical position for a stable reading. Dual Link uses pH probe and redox probe dedicated and has semi-automatic calibration with buffer solutions included, ensuring reliable measurements every time. The pH set point is factory set to pH 7.2, and the target ORP value can be adapted according to the disinfection needs of each facility.
The user interface is done through the backlit LCD screen of the treatment equipment (Zodiac electrolysis compatible), from which the pH value, the Redox value, the dosage status and active alarms are displayed. The system incorporates multiple securities (overdosage, values out of range, disconnected or damaged probes, etc.), stopping the dosage in case of anomaly to protect the installation and avoid excessive consumption of chemical product.
The Dual Link module is designed for residential pools up to approx. 170 m³ and work with acid dosage (pH reduction) and regulation of disinfectant level by ORP, being an ideal solution to completely automate water balance and reduce manual interventions. When only control of the pH, the regulator module is available pH Link as a simpler alternative.
It is very important to keep in mind that the POD kit (probe holder) must be installed so that the probes are in a vertical position. For complete instructions see the documents available in the "ATTACHMENTS" tab.
