Description
QP filter glass is made from recycled used glass, making it completely environmentally friendly.
Filter glass has better qualities than silica sand; to begin with, the amount needed to fill the filter is lower while providing the same filtration quality.
Glass also has a considerably longer service life than silica, resulting in significant savings, since the filter bed will not need to be replaced as frequently.
The savings in chemicals are also considerable: bacteria cannot reproduce on the surface of the glass, which means lower disinfectant consumption.
Supplied in 20 kg bags.
