CN 60 µ upper filter—Dual for Zodiac pool cleaners.
This filter is used to cover the main filter of the automatic pool cleaner. It provides a two-level filtration system, significantly increasing dirt-retention capacity.
Of course, we can combine filters with different dirt-retention capacities, each with its own advantages and disadvantages.
As a general guideline, we can say that pairing this 60 µ filter with the 100 µ main filter will provide highly efficient filtration, but the disadvantage is that it will become clogged in a shorter period of time.
However, if we pair it with a 200 µ main filter, we will obtain a lower degree of filtration, but it will take longer to become clogged.
As a general rule, we should opt for medium-quality filtration using a 150 µ main filter and a 60 µ upper filter.
