PVC butterfly valve Ø 63 - 75 standard series EPDM from Cepex

New EPDM standard series butterfly valve Ø 63 - 75 from Cepex was born from the needs of innovation to obtain an improvement on the valves already existing on the market.

This is a compact valve constructed of PVC-U with high mechanical resistance to temperatures and chemical agents.

The butterfly valve has several advantages to improve the quality of the valve.

Advantages.

1. Thanks to the integral gate seal with maximum tightness, thus allowing a body to be completely isolated from the fluid, it acts as a seal for the flanges on both sides of the valve.
2. The assembly will be carried out using flanges to make it easier to dismantle and replace the parts.
3. For greater isolation on the shaft with respect to the fluid, the butterfly valve has a double O-ring on the shaft.
4. To avoid all types of corrosion problems, only the plastic parts will come into contact with the fluid.
5. They have an anti-friction gate joint and a long, high-resistance ergonomic handle, thus obtaining a low maneuvering torque.
6. To ensure the selected position, the handle has a trigger and a toothed divider assembly allowing 7 different positions to be selected.
7. It has a gate with high wear resistance since the butterfly valve has a very long service life, being able to withstand the presence of abrasive elements such as sand.
8. The butterfly valve is a lightweight valve, thus reducing the effort necessary for simple manipulation to also have greater ease of installation and maintenance.
